Introduction from President:
I have over 15 years of hospitality and restaurant experience in the managing of injury employee benefits and workers’ compensation compliance for national programs. I hold a demonstrated track record of achievement in the areas of injury prevention, safety adherence, effective claims management and brand protection. I supervised the safety of 5 restaurant concepts, 2 bakery plants and 3 corporate centers. Overseeing a total of 42,000 employees. I have completed special mergers and acquisitions projects as well as moderated RFPs for multiple risk programs. I currently have taken the role of a Risk Advocate and I am working on behalf of a broker. This has given me the opportunity to help as many businesses as possible who are in need of risk education and program reform.
I have had the opportunity to cultivate national business relationships with experts in the medical and risk management community. Through those ventures, I learned a lot and I became invested in the idea of creating my own institutional digital platform one day. Amid Covid-19 and the subsequent disruption of business, my risk management career took an unpredictable turn and led me to start up Masterclass Elite Group with my wife, Amy. Essentially, its purpose was to introduce a new way of building digital networks, while establishing creative interactive group learning resources. A series of virtual digital exclusives have been produced and launched with great success. As Co-Founder, we intend to showcase professional accomplishments and knowledge power through this institutional vessel. Our ultimate vision is to create a digital world where business relationships can be established on the basis of professional merits and exceptional demonstration of skill set.
During the past 15 years of my career, I have had the pleasure to build national business relationships with experts in the medical and risk management community. I currently hold the role of Client Relations Director for multiple surgical centers across the country. One of my priorities is to recruit top medical talent and have them perform specialized surgical procedures at our state-of-the-art facilities. We work with world renowned medical professionals, ranging from neuro surgeons, pain management experts, orthopedic doctors, and cutting-edge plastic surgeons. I have generated lucrative deals for the organization through the orchestration and successful launching of educational summits, press junkets, cocktail networking functions, and gala evening receptions. It is in the execution of theme and concept where I strive the most. I’ve had a spectacular run and believe I can do the same for the risk industry. I have noticed a disparaging difference between the risk insurance world and the medical industry. Not to mention, the difference in the promotion of services and products. Medical professionals have taken desperate strides to innovate and adopt to new marketing methods in an effort to captivate the consumer. I have yet to see this in a risk networking setting. It is time for change. We want to create a new culture of digital networking, while at the same time educating the risk consumer.
